'Disabled' button is inactive on Menu Filtering

Hi,

I have the following issue:

I am trying to make tasks security through menu filtering from Fat Client Solution Explorer. I log in with several roles (with JDE as well),  click on the Menu Filtering option but the "Disabled" button is Inactive so I cannot enable or disable an item/task for a role.

Does anyone know how to resovle this one and make the button active?
