FAILED - ODI: Agent(FDMEE)

Hi,

After successful installation and configuration(Oracle Hyperion 11.1.2.4), am unable to connect FDMEE due to ODIAgent got failed, please guide me on this.

Configuration Details

Windows Server 2008 R2

Database- SQL Server 2008R2
