Invoking Appointment Booking Service Method GetAppointment

Hi All

Kindly, I am trying to Invoke the Method "GetAppointment" in BS "Appointment Booking Service" from Siebel "Administration - Business Service Simulator", I am geting error "The ABS cannot find the service region in the cache. Please check if it is loaded successfully.", please support

Siebel version: 8.1.1.10

This is how I was trying to do it:

1-Navigate to "Administration - Business Service Simulator"

2-Add new line with following inputs:

Service Name: Appointment Booking Service

Method Name: GetAppointment

Iterations: 1

2-Add one line under Input arguments with the following parameters (type PropertySet)

ActId: 1-1RQOM7Y --> this is the row ID of the service request activity
