Oracle EBS 12.2 installation failed - oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OUI process

Dear all,

we have encountered with the following error and  Oracle EBS installation stopped

Can any help us to resolve the issue?

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2  64 bit

A total capacity of installation drive size: 300 GB

RAM: 4 GB

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OUI process failed : Exit=-2 See log for details. CMD=cmd /c F:\Oracle-EBS-12227\startCD\Disk1\rapidwiz\..\..\..\TechInstallMedia\database\database\setup.exe -waitForCompletion -ignoreSysPrereqs -force -silent -nowait ORACLE_HOME_NAME=VIS_db121_RDBMS  -responseFile G:\\oracle\\VIS\\12.1.0\\temp\VIS_wascluster2\cfgHome\response\DB_HOME\txkDB12cR1_12102.rsp
