Oracle EBS R12 Project Costing - EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period.

Oracle EBS R12 Project Costing - EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period.  Does this report only show Raw cost lines and Burden Credit?  I am trying to compare this report detail results to the Subleger Period Close Exception Report.

This is what I have for details on one expenditure item id.  I have run the report for JUN-18, but based on the below I am unsure which lines I am really seeing in the exception report.  Exception report has 4 lines which net to zero.  The pa_gl_cost_except_det_v shows 6 lines netting to zero. CDL 4 -9
