Format Payment Instructions with Text Output: Error in writing data Broken pipe (Write failed)

Hi,

We are using R12.1.3 and have RPC5 applied on PROD.

We have an intermittent issue, for which we have an SR open. However, I wanted to raise this issue on this forum in case anyone else has had this type of issue.

From time to time (39 in the last month, out of 84 jobs), the "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output" job errors, including some of the following in the log file (some values changed for confidentiality)

Instruction status was CREATED, the instruction is set to transmit immediately and the transmission configuration is available. Starting transmission.
Enter: iby.scheduler.FDExtractAndFormatting.doTransmission()
