Late Fee Calculation process

Hi,

The late fee calculation process run control do not have more many parameters for running the process. In our case, we are running the process for all students without specifying a from and to Id, in this case the process is running for more than 14 hours and we have to cancel the process. And also for each run the process checks all the charges from the beginning of time to calculate the late fee. so it takes same amount of time for each run.

Any suggestion on this ?
