Completed/Submitted expense report - prints lines only and no information

Hi All,

We reviewed with our user.  She deleted her cache, and then went to print the expense report.  It looked okay on the screen, but the print out did not contain any data.  She tried creating a pdf, and still had the same issue.  Users had experienced this before from time to time. I am not able to duplicate in our test environment at this time.

Did anyone noticed this Issue, please share how you fixed this..

We are in FS Rel 9.2 Image 16.
