OTM 6.4.3 - RIQ and Remote Query

Hello - OTM version 6.4.3 on premise, We are trying to send Remote Query(RIQ) XML via SOAP UI for for "Multileg" shipment.

Excepting response from OTM back with appropriate itinerary, carriers, Rate offerings and Rate records
in this case we looking to get 1 specific itinerary which has 3 legs.

Note: If we do RIQ --> Find "Network Rate and Route" with same location to location(details) below and able to see specific results in UI which is showing all legs(3 of them).

Direct shipment remote request work well if we use <UseRIQRoute>Y</UseRIQRoute>.

but we want to use <UseRIQRouteNR>Y</UseRIQRouteNR>(Understanding this is network routing specific for multileg)
