P11414 balance restatement Program

Hi All,

In A9.4 World version the Balance restatement Program P11414 copies AA ledger directly to US ledger  in F0902 when the account range in P1114 has Rate Type as N in A9.4 version whereas in A9.2 there will be no US ledger created. Please let me know if any suggestions on how to fix this,
