Sen Email notification to Activity Creator, Owner-SBL-CMO-00118

Hi Folks,

I have the issue while send the mail to  Activity Creator and Owner:

I have found the below error from  Administration Communication - > Outboundboud Request Overview. 

Error:

Sent 0 out of 0 messages. <?>. No source instances could be found or retrieved for this request.(SBL-CMO-00118)

And its Status is "Incomplete".  Please help me to fix this issue.
