CIP Asset not able to interface it from PRC to FA

We added an asset to our capital project. With the PAXCPCAL - PRC: Interface Assets to Oracle Assets program we want to transfer it to Oracle Fixed Assets. Unfortunally the program does not pick up our asset.

The date in service of the asset is 1-JUN-2018. The depreciation and create accounting of the assetbook of JUN-2018 already performed. The asset category of the asset also exists in the asset book. No cross validation rules are applicable.

Can anybody tell us what we are doing wrong??
