FRM-40735:On-insert trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01400 getting error while saving the proj

Hi Team,

I am creating a project type capital and trying to enter the budgetary control information.

When entering and saving the budgetary control information,system is not allowing to save the form.Getting an error :FRM-40735:On-insert trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01400

We didn't get this error in our Test instance.We are configuring the new instance for UAT.

Can anyone suggest on this.
