You must enter either a debit or credit value. (GL-780399) on Create Journal

     Receiving this error "You must enter either a debit or credit value. (GL-780399)" on a Create Journal spreadsheet on only a few specific lines of a large journal entry, when each of them clearly have an entered Debit or Credit.  I've found no evidence of this error on MOS, and was wondering if anyone else had encountered it and knows how to deal with it.

     This is in Fusion General Ledger Cloud Service - R13

     I've investigated the account values and found no differences between them and the accounts in successful rows, and formatting seems consistent throughout.
