Some expense reports that are submitted for approval do not show the Approval History icons.
Some expense reports, not all, that are submitted for approval do not display the Approval History icons on the View Expense Report page. In some cases, when the report is fully approved, then all icons will appear. The approval workflow works fine and routes correctly.
We are currently on PeopleTools 8.55.21 and Image 25 for Expenses.
Any ideas on what would be causing this to happen?
