Not able to login into ebs page after EBS integration with OAM

Hi,

After integrating EBS 12.1.3(single node) with OAM 11.1.2 i'm getting following error while logging into ebs. When I hit ebs url it redirects me to oam page for credentials and when I enter the details its throwing below error in firefox and IE. EBS local Login works fine with the same user but sso login doesn't work.

Anyone have idea on this?

The page isn’t redirecting properly
