Effect of disabling LOYPointBlockBatchPercent and LOYPointBlockBatchSize system preferences in Siebe

Hello,

We are currently facing performance issues in our Servers where the batch tier processing does not start at all because the batch transaction processing takes a lot of time and gets stuck. We have a million transactions per day on average. We noticed this issue only in one of our servers and the others work fine. We found that the system preferences LOYPointBlockBatchPercent  and LOYPointBlockBatchSize are set and present in the affected servers. Can anyone please let us know that will the disabling of these preferences improve the performance of tier processing?(We are aware that these preferences are actually set
