OEM 13c Listener monitoring

Hi guys,

I have problem with listener status monitoring problem.

I have created 3 templates (host, database instance and listener). Host and database templates are working fine and i do have those incidents recorded under incident manager and i get email alerts when those targets go down. Listener targets on the other hand does not create incident, although i have created rule which sends me email for all newly created incidents.

My oms is version 13.2.0.0.0 on RHEL 7 and repository database is version 12.1.0.2.0.
