SSHR Manager Self Service - Change Worker Status - Assignment

I am looking for a way to modify the query that generates the LOV for the Job field on the Change Worker Status - Assignment screen in SSHR. basic form personalization options don't offer much. Since it is not a "Forms based" screen the Docs I have found are not applicable.
