Hang Managertrace files

So we have oracle 12.2.0.1 installed on many servers with many single instance, stand-alone databases running on them.  On one database, and only one, we get recurring trace files, with what seem to be Hang Manager informational messages.  How can we turn off these trace files?  Servers are running RHEL 7 Linux.

HM: This is a single non-RAC instance.  Hang detection is enabled.

HM: Hang resolution scope is OFF.

HM: Cross Boundary hang detection is enabled.

HM: Cross Cluster hang detection is enabled.

HM: CPU load is not being monitored
