Some Trusted Certificates Could Not Be Installed

Hi all,

I configuring SSL on  EBS 12.1.3. When importing  the certificate with oracle wallet manager this error comes:

Some Trusted Certificates Could Not Be Installed

And when using mkwallet:

Failed to retrieve certificate

______________________________________________

Oracle Wallet window with the following error box:

User certificate installation failed.

Possible errors:

-Input was not a valid certificate

-No matching certificate request was found

-CA certificate needed for certificate chain not found. Please install it first
