What is the correct way to refresh PY data and control tables?
I ran R98403 XJDE0022 to update the control tables on PY but I get the following errors:

The list is three pages long but it says the same for each file listed.
I have tried running this logged into PY and PD with the same result. Below are the processing options. What am I doing wrong?
