Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have getting the error :A valid document category does not exist i have verified below categories

BOL Bill of Lading

MBOL Master Bill of Lading

PKSLP Packing Slip

only BOL and PKSLP is eneabled MBOL is not defined . now again i tried to ship confirm but now it's working fine .

why ii get this error message before i din't change any setups .
