Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There are records with negative quantity in GMF_PERIOD_BALANCES for Previous Financial Periods.

Hi there,

I am facing difficulties while year end closure as there are several records in GMF_PERIOD_BALANCES table with Negative quantities getting populated.

What measures can we take to rectify it? Please note previous periods Closure is done.
