Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. we are seeing one of our indexes goes to unusable state. its non partitioned table

Generally when indexes goes to unusable state in non partitioned table?

How to find or track why indexes goes to unusable state?

DB Version is 11.2.0.4
