Error while installing Deployment Server 9.1

Dear All,

We're doing an upgrade from JDE 8.11 to 9.2 for that we're installing JDE 9.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, While installing Deployment server I'm getting 'File not found' Exception with following error.
