Is it possible to download a GBPA from BWC in the right format to update and then upload it?

We are on eBS R12.2.5.  When using the BWC, is it possible to download an existing GBPA in the correct template format, so that you can make amendments to it, save it and then upload it back into the BWC, to update the GBPA?

I know you can use the "download resources" tab to download the template, but is it possible to download this for an existing GBPA with all of the GBPA details in the template?  ie, Supplier, and line details?
