Subledger Description (DL10) is not being populated on P0911

When I enter a JE with subledger the subledger description is not being populated when use Subledger Type 2,3,4,5,6  if I use type A (Address Book) the description is being populated fine. The UDC 55/2 55/3 55/4 ...etc. are set up.

Actually the description is showed up when I select the value from the UDC but when I move to the second line changes to U and when I save the JE then the description is cleared out. I guess this could be a bug. Does anyone has a similar issue? we are upgrading to 9.2  tools 9.2.2.4
