Late Fee Calculation - Exclude Anticipated Aid

Hi,

The late fee process is not excluding charged from calculating late fee when anticipated aid is present in student account.

1. A student account shown $1390 as outstanding charge and in the customer account header Anticipated Aid is shown as 1390 (for 2018 summer term).

2. Now in late fee setup select the anticipated aid check box and select the term as 2018 summer. No of days is left blank

3. Now run the late fee process

Expectation : late fee should not be calculated as there is anticipated amount shown in student account.

When the process is run, the late fee is calculated for the outstanding amount instead of ignoring the charges in spring term.
