Hi All,

Only one of our groups uses Supporting Details in their Planning. We are noticing that they specifically have many issues in BR runtime length, Length of their copy data from versions, and opening of forms in Planning/Smartview.

Our other sites who do use supporting details do not have these issues.

When a Copy Data function is run, I can see the Essbase data moved across rapidly by checking the EAS 'Sessions' in_progress, but the job console will show the Rule as processing for long time afterwards.

We have tried increasing the Supporting detail cache from 20 - 60 mb in Planning, and the usage % went from ~90 % to 50% and helped a bit in the usage performance.
