To process Certificate Signing Request(CSR) with Certificate Authority(CA) for Agile PLM's web servi

Issue Description:

In Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.6, I am trying to enable the web service security in order to perform the integration with Oracle Innovation Management (IM). According to

Agile Product Lifecycle Management Security Guide Release 9.3.6 (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E91823_19/otn/docset.html ), section 7.3 part 2 & 3. as shown below:

I am request to 2. Send the CSR to Certifying Authority to request a new certificate and the expected output certificate is in a group of :

(A) root CA certifciate

(B) Intermediate certificates

(C) CA signed certificate

To me, it looks like a certificate chain. However, it is still quite ambiguous to me. Can anyone kindly share an example on how to get CSR processed (
