Sales Update missing account entries

We have a Price adjustment schedule attached to an order which has multiple adjustments.

One of the adjustment (STSAM)  is configured to have Gl class code SA01 and 4270 and 4280 DMAAIs are set for the Order type/Gl Class Class.

Basis Code was 3 and Cost Method was 02

4270 - OBJ 5112

4280 - OBJ 6570

We also have another adjustment (STWET) with GL Class Code SA07 and below accounts are configured and are updated by Sales update.

Basis Code was 3 and Cost Method was 07

4270 - OBJ 3305

4280 - OBJ 6570

This setup used to work and made separate entries in all the above accounts. Then, a change was made to the adjustments as below
