Material transactions between different LE for EBS -Process manuacturing

Hi All,

We have a following scenario and wanted to know how the material transaction would take place in such a scenario or what all needs to be considered before going for such a setup.

-- The client is on EBS R12 and into process manufacturing. There are 5 legal entities(companies) of the client in the same country doing same kind of business. Each LE has OU and Inv. Org under it. The material is to be moved between the different LE for different manufacturing processes and can be received back to the original LE or it can be shipped out directly from the second LE--
