unable to complete creating accounting for payment if more than one balancing segment

Dear all,

we have more than one balancing segment in COA , so while making payment of that particular invoice, we are getting below erroro

The subledger journal entry does not balance by balancing segment and the ledger option Balance Cross-Entity Journals is not enabled for the ledger AHMA Ledger.  Please update the balancing segment values for each line so that they balance or enable the Balance Cross-Entity Journals option for the ledger AHMA Ledger.
