How to enable OPM Quality Workflows?

Hi,

Recently in our firm, we have configured Workflow Mailer in our firm. We do not have thorough information about the standard workflow available in R12. Please anyone could you please elaborate about the workflow as a concept?

As I handle OPM here, I wanted to know how to automate OPM Quality (Product Development) in EBS R12?
