Siebel 2015 patchset 18 - CTI driver does not load in IE

Hi,

I upgraded Siebel IP 2015 to patchset 18 to test the Web Notifications.

After this Siebel CTI works fine in Chrome and Firefox. But in IE, the driver does not load. There are no errors in SComm_<abcd>_ADM log file.

IE console logs end with -

Loading...

[2018-07-18T11:51:18.502Z UTC]:INFO: commToolbarpui.js: CTI toolbar: INIT.begin

[2018-07-18T11:51:18.793Z UTC]:ERROR: commToolbarpui.js: Init process failed!

Loaded

As CTI toolbar init fails, the CTI driver is not loaded.

Tested on two different machines. One machine has DISA framework installed while the other one has not.
