How To View Approval Group Setup

Hello,

I am new to functional side.  Looking for where I can view Approval Groups setup within the app.  Looking at my available responsibilities, I see none with a "Setup" navigation as I'd expect.  (I am checking internally to ensure this isn't a permissions issue).  Any help would be much appreciated.
