RMA - Approval setup needed

Hi Team,

We have following requirement.

1) Suppose RMA is created by user "A".

then it should go for approval to his Manager B. ( B is manager of A)

2) Then when RMA is approved by "B"...then RMA should go for approval to another Approval group which is defined in Order Management.

Can anyone please help me on this for the setup that I need to do.

if anyone has test cases , Kindly request you to please share.
