EBS Mobile Timecard Entry - R12.1.3 due to CLA - Separate Template

Hi,

We are on release R12.1.3 and applied latest patches required below for Oracle Mobile Timecards. Due to CLA and other standard customization we want to know whether we can create

a separate timecard template and use it for just mobile app time entry. If that's possible please let me know, I would like to look into documentation to enable and use mobile apps. If not do we have this flexibility on latest releases. If so we would like to upgrade to latest EBS required.
