BPM task missing
My customer experience BPM task missing.
anyone experience it before?
1. is it due to the queue being purge? Does BPM even use queue? JMS?
2. is it possible due to the customer restart the BPM managed server?
3. or is it possible because there is timeout somewhere, like load balancer timeout that kill the session and make the tasks vanish?
any other possibility?
