Can we Pick confirm and Ship Confirm if inventory is on lot status other than 'released'?

Hi,

Can we Pick confirm and Ship Confirm Sales orders if inventory is on lot status other than 'released'? I need to way where pick confirm and ship confirm can be done for inventory having lot status other than released.

For example, status "Q" has the description "Ship in Quarantine". Will E1 allow us to pick and ship inventory on "Q" status?　　

I checked Processing option but didn't find an option there.
