E1 Page Icon Missing

Hello Team,

We have done a fresh installation of JAS Server (Weblogic 11g, 10.3.6.0) on windows Server 2008 R2 Machine, Every task and action is going good and working smoothly.

The issue is the icon of some application is missing in newly created JAS machine also this icon missing issue is not reported or found in our current live JAS Servers.

I'm attaching the screen short for your reference. As you are seeing the four icons one of them is missing, similarly when we are getting in to these applications that is raise Services request, Request for JDE Login ID, Request For Trip the icon in side these application is also missing.
