Applying April or July CPU for BIP Breaks Integration with Siebel

Hi All

Just wanted to let everyone know, that if you apply either the April or July CPU (P28119112) for BI Publisher 11g, it breaks the integration between BIP and Siebel when using the Siebel Security Model.

Oracle Support has confirmed the issue.  For the Oracle folks - please see SR 3-17909977921.
