TLS1.0 to TLS1.2 Conversion. How to apply patch 26045188

Hi.

1) I am trying to convert our existing TLS1.0 environment into a TLS1.2 environment.

2) I am using this note: "Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 ( Doc ID 1367293.1 )"

3) I am busy with "Section 5: Enabling TLS 1.2 with Backward Compatibility"

4) Step 5 (Apply FMW patch 23630525 and patch 26045188 version 11.1.1.9) says the following;

"After applying patch 26045188, remove the NonJ2EEManagement deployment from the WebLogic console".

5) My questions are as follows;

a) Note "Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 Patching Technology Components Guide ( Doc ID 1355068.1 )" says that it is necessary to run an 'adop -prepare' phase before applying FMW patches

b) Therefore I need to apply patches 23630525 and 26045188 to the patch file system?
