FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED Error

Hi Experts,

I am getting "FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-060508" error while login to the oracle fusion middle-ware 11g application through custom form.

This is Fusion middleware 11g new installation.

Kindly suggest.
