Installed 12c database, now trying to install 13c OEM. It is stating the below message:

Executing database-related prerequisite checks. Wait for a moment.

... then hangs for hours.

I suspect it has issues trying to connect to the database, which is on another server. There's surprisingly little to be found on this message.

I'm suspecting what the cause is, but I'll wait before any idea to be suggested.

Database and listener are up, all OK.
