R12 Setup/change to make access read-only for specific inventory org

Hello all,

We would like to make organization accesses for specific inventory orgs assigned to a responsibility as ready-only.

Explanation

Assume the responsibility 'XXX Inventory Storekeeper' with inv orgs A, B , C, and D assigned to them.

The requirement is to make the forms (like the Item Master, Receiving Transactions etc..) read-only, when the organization chosen is A.

Is there a way to implement this without form personalization?
