How to clone PD920 to DV920 on another machine

Dear Experts,

Does oracle have tools to clone/migrate JD Edwards Environment from on machine to another machine.

Scenario:

1. JD Edwards being installed with customize objects.

2. Would like to copy JD Edwards EnterpriseOne PD Environment from this machine A to another machine B at another company.

Objective is to minimize the missing setting been done in customize objects such as processing objects, udc,aai, address book and etc.

Both environments are on premise and running on window platform.
