libaorasdkbase/liboasdksh errors 11.2.0.4 27734982 Patch

All,

We are trying to apply the 11.2.0.4 July 2018 patch (27734982) to a Red Hat 6 server that is acting as a full Oracle client, but we are getting the following errors:

"Make failed to invoke /usr/bin/male -f ins_rdbms.mk liborasdksh.......No such file or directory"

"/opt/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin/genorasdksh: Failed to link liborasdk.so.11.1   Error1"

"Make failed to invoke /usr/bin/make -f ins_rdbms.mk liborasdkbase"

"/opt/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin/genorasdksh: Failed to link liborasdkbase.so.11.1   Error1"

"The following make actions have failed:

     Re-link fails on target "liborasdksh

     Re-link fails on target "liborasdkbase"

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve these errors and complete patching of 27734982?  We have patched this server regularly and have not seen this issue before.  We updated to the latest OPatch before attempting to apply this update.
