HTML Number of Rows not working

Hello Siebel Experts,

we are going to Siebel Open UI. And I have a requirement to increase the number of rows in some list applets because Open UI does not have a vertical scroll. I am setting an applet property "HTML Number of Rows" in the applet but it has no effect, at least in the Developer Client. I tried with applets which had an empty value in "HTML Number of Rows" and with applets which had a non-empty value in "HTML Number of Rows". In the 2nd case the old value is working. We use Siebel IP 15.16.
